The DHL Champ19ns Trophy Tour wrapped up the Asian leg of its world tour last week after whirlwind stops in China, Korea and Japan.
The tour, which gives Manchester United fans the chance to see the 76 cm x 43 cm trophy up close, made stops in Beijing, Shanghai, Seoul and Tokyo. Fans had a chance to meet team Legends, including former side back Denis Irwin and legendary defender Gordon McQueen, who shared stories from their playing days. The club's famous mascot, Fred the Red, also made an appearance.
Along the route, The DHL Champ19ns Trophy Tour made stopovers at famous landmarks, including Beijing’s The Forbidden City imperial palace and downtown Seoul.
Hundreds of fans turned up in each city to have a look at the trophy, which is making its way around the world to commemorate its record-breaking 19th Premier League victory.
As Official Logistics Partner, DHL has been excited to accompany the trophy on its world travels. As DHL Japan President and Representative Director Taketo Yamakawa said, "It is our absolute pleasure to have been able to bring the trophy to Japan and to share the sense of excitement and euphoria."
