The GROW program offers recent graduates like you a variety of opportunities to begin a career with DHL. GROW is designed to qualify university graduates for management positions in our company. It consists of three project phases and is carried out at national and international locations of DHL and Deutsche Post DHL. During the project phases, participants examine a wide range of business activities and gain extensive project-related experience.
Supported by a multiweek introduction program, the program provides participants with an overview of our business-related interests & activities, and introduces you to the other university graduates in the program. It is rounded off by several centrally organized training sessions. Here, you can develop your skills in areas such as change management, project management, communication, planning and leadership.
