Outbound Services
DHL acts as Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) or ‘control tower’ operator to oversee the management and efficient utilization of supply vessels and helicopter charters transporting materials and personnel to and from your offshore rigs and FPSOs. We understand how expensive these moves can be, and we schedule and coordinate the most cost-effective plans for maintaining the optimum supply and manpower levels at your offshore operations. DHL can also handle temporary and permanent accommodation and oversee the operation of Medi-Vac facilities as needed.

Through Hull Blyth Angola, part of the DHL group of companies, DHL offers specialized manpower, travel, shipping, maintenance and other administrative support services designed exclusively for the oil industry.

Oil companies, resupply companies, drilling companies and seismic survey companies in Angola trust DHL to provide the labor needed to fuel the success of on and offshore oil industry operations. As the largest manpower service provider in Angola, DHL provides the country’s oil industry with 2,000 to 3,000 workers each year.
