In order to understand what the specific challenges of e-tailing in the Asia Pacific we commissioned Freshminds Research
to investigate. They looked at the e-commerce trends in the regions, the specific challenges posed to retailers through infrastructure, regulatory conditions, political and business culture and consumer expectations at the front and back end of the retail experience.
They explored these themes in three very different markets Australia, China and Japan looking at challenges unique to each market and provided practical solutions retailers could implement to overcome those challenges.
