DHL Unveils Chinese LanguageVersion of EasyShip
DHL-Sinotrans announced the official launch of the Chinese language version of EasyShip, a powerful customer-end shipment management tool, with the aim of further improving services and technical support for its local customers. With EasyShip, DHL-Sinotrans’ local customers can now process and track shipments via the Chinese-language interface.
EasyShip has been widely adopted in more than 150 countries and territories world wide, and has earned widespread plaudits from DHL customers for its user-friendliness and convenience. In the past, EasyShip was available in China only in its English version. With the newly released Chinese version, customers proficient in the language have another easy and efficient way to manage the shipment process.
In addition, the Chinese version provides better user-friendly interface and its registration wizard makes it easy for customers to install and use the tool. The upgraded software allows all shipment records and the address book data to be imported, relieving the users of cumbersome procedures in the upgrading process, while the enhanced stability and security helps to ease possible concerns of the customers. The functions are also optimised, allowing users to process multiple shipments, and in the case of LAN users allowing concurrent users to process shipments. EasyShip can also help users to track the shipment process accurately, control costs and produce detailed and customised reports according to the specific demands of the users.
