The first few days and weeks in a new job can be particularly challenging. New tasks, new colleagues, new rules - perhaps even combined with changes such as a move to a new city.
We at DHL know what change means. That's why we help our new employees get settled in our Group from day one. We have developed introductory programs geared specially to our employees allowing them the best way to get to know their new working environment and their colleagues.
For all new entrants, we have developed the First Steps induction portal on our intranet. At some locations, new employees will also receive an induction package with local information. Last but not least, some of our new employees will have the opportunity to take part in an induction course. That way we can ensure that you familiarize yourself with our structures and processes from the start and get to know other new employees in your region.
