DHL recruits graduates from around the world, in established markets and across industry sectors. The DHL Logistics UK Graduate Program however, is designed to expose European graduates to the industry through rotating placements, within the UK only. Placements are arranged to reflect business needs, and this will determine which sector we will place you in. However, our aim is to broaden your horizons and experiences to assist in your development with us.

The training program lasts between 18 and 24 months. It usually comprises three operationally focused placements, which may vary in duration. The placements are tailored to suit each individual graduate, but most aim to provide, real management opportunity along with practical exposure to the way the business is structured and operates.
