If I'm using EasyShip as my shipment processing solution, can DHL offer me a training session for new employees? |

Yes, all employees using the application will receive thorough training on all processes, including new ones. Refreshment sessions are also offered on request. In addition, a local eCom Helpdesk is available in every country for day-to-day support. |

Can I use EasyShip in a multi-user environment? |

Yes, installing EasyShip on a Local Area Network allows you to share address books and shipment logs with your colleagues. |

Can I use the 'Transport Collect' payment option within EasyShip? |

Yes, please contact your local eCom Helpdesk for the account number to be used for Transport Collect shipments (please note that the account number differs from country to country). Then, create a new Shipper (use 'Collect' as the shipper Code) and add the received account number. Whenever you have a collect shipment, please use this shipper address. |

Can I use shipment data provided by my corporate system in the EasyShip application? |

Yes, please choose the menu option 'Air Waybills/Import'. The required format is described in the 'Software Help' section of the application. |

Does EasyShip support 'batch processing', i.e. allow me to create multiple shipments with one single preparation effort? |

Yes, it does. Simply go to 'Air Waybills' menu and choose 'Mailing List'. Select the consignees, save the mailing list and go through the shipment preparation process only once. |

When I perform a tariff check, does the result include VAT? |

Rate enquiries can be set up both ways. Usually rate charges show the VAT. However, please confirm your individual configuration with your local eCom Helpdesk. |

Are there various ways of tracking a shipment in EasyShip? |

Tracking is possible via air waybill or shipper's reference. |

Is there a maximum number of receivers that can be saved in the receivers list? |

Receiver data storage depends on the system specifications. We do not currently encounter any limitation in this area, hence the maximum level is unlimited. |

Can I create/edit reports according to my personal needs and views? |

Yes, reporting in EasyShip is fully configurable. There is a great variety of reports already delivered with the system. However, it is possible to create a new report or edit an existing report based on individual customer requirements |

If there is a problem with the printer in the middle of printing a Shipping document, is it possible to reprint? |
 |
 |
Yes, it is. Go to the menu 'Airbills' and choose 'List'. Find the shipment, mark it on the list, click 'Enter' and choose 'Copy'. A copy of the chosen shipment will appear on screen, ready for you to print as usual.
Note: please always remember to remove the original shipment details. Return to the 'Airbills' menu, choose 'List', hit 'Enter' and choose 'Delete'. |

Is it possible to prepare Proforma and Commercial invoices on the system? |

Yes, it is. You are offered the option to do all necessary customs paperwork during shipment preparation. |
