DHL has matched this pace of development by investing an impressive US$1.7bn in the region since 2001 - US$1.1bn in China alone. So it is not surprising that Asia Pacific is the fastest growing part of DHL's global network.

We operate from 1,500 locations in 25 countries, and from six major regional hubs - Bangkok, Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.

But we also have over 35 years' experience as a leading provider of contract logistics and freight forwarding services in the domestic arena. We recently became, for example, the first international company to be awarded a domestic air freight license in China.
DHL has built a robust network infrastructure across the region, but our investment goes further than financial resources - to include expertise, capability and knowledge transfer. We intend to continue to play an active role in helping to move the Asia Pacific region up the global logistics value chain.
