DHL will apply a surcharge of 18,00 € to shipments addressed to certain unusual postal codes, considered as remote areas. In the case of international road shipments, DHL will apply a surcharge of 0.35€ per kilogram with a minimum of 17.50 € (continental service) or 1.00 € per kilogram with a minimum of 35.00 € (ocean service).

Please check if the consignee´s postal code is included at the Remote Area list.
