The start-up program GrOW (Graduate Opportunities Worldwide) offers recent graduates a variety of opportunities to enter a career with DHL. GrOW is designed to qualify university graduates for a target position in an operative area of our company. It consists of three project phases, and is carried out at national and international locations of DHL and Deutsche Post World Net. In these project phases, you will examine all sorts of business activities and gain extensive project-related experience. The project phases will be preceded by a multiweek orientation program.

This program will consist of central and local elements, and give you an overview of our business-related interests and activities as well as introduce you to the other university graduates in the program. It is rounded off by several centrally organized training sessions. Here, the participants develop their skills in areas such as change management, project management and planning.
