DHL cultivates the international elite of the future. In this program, MBA students from Europe, the United States and Asia spend three to six months at the company working on projects. Under the supervision of a department head, they play an active part in both the operative business and demanding strategic projects.
Since 2002, outstanding students have been able to show off their abilities in more than 140 challenging projects conducted as part of our MBA Internship Program. The spectrum of projects extends from strategy, M&A, organization, logistics and information technology to marketing, sales, finances, controlling and consulting, depending on the students' own areas of expertise. The work brings participants into close contact with senior management in all relevant departments.
To apply for the MBA Internship Program, you must be a student at one of our partner MBA schools around the world. Check the global career website of Deutsche Post World Net to find out if your school is one of them and when the next application period begins.
