The DHL Connect software is available on CD-ROM or downloadable from the DHL web site. To order a copy of the CD-ROM, contact your local customer service department.
Can I prevent unauthorised access to the software?
Yes. You can protect it with a password.
I've loaded DHL Connect but can't access it via my modem connection - what do I do?
Step One: First check the modem connection. Step Two: Try to access other Internet sites. If yes, contact your local customer service department and they will direct you to the right person. If no, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or your in-house IT help desk.
