Remote Area Service

We at DHL Express are committed to providing our customers with the best delivery network, which is why we are continuing to offer coverage to remote areas across the world.

A Remote Area Service Charge* of HKD 3.00 per kg, with a minimum of HKD 150.00 per shipment will be assessed each time a shipment is delivered to or picked up in a remote area. They include shipments sent from Hong Kong to remote areas and/or for shipments imported into Hong Kong from remote areas. Shipments sent from or imported into remote areas in Hong Kong will not be subject to this charge.

Effective 1 May 2009, Remote Area Service Charge will be changed
to HKD 3.60 per kg, with a minimum of HKD 180.00 per shipment.
