Information on sending a shipment to Libya

Prohibited commodities
All items offensive to the muslim culture or sensitive to the Middle East security situation are prohibited. These items include pork products, religious publications/paraphernalia, military uniforms, standard DHL prohibitions plus:
    Alcoholic beverages
    Antiques
    Asbestos
    Dangerous goods, haz. or comb. mats
    Deeds
    Drugs: non-prescription
    Drugs: prescription
    Films: 8mm, 16mm & 35mm
    Firearms, parts of
    Furs
    Gambling devices
    Ivory
    Jewellery
    Liquids, non-hazardous
    Playing cards
    Pornography
    Precious metals & stones
    Seeds
Certain commodities need to be accompanied by an invoice and, in some cases, additional customs documentation. Other commodities are considered as 'Documents' and only require a DHL Airwaybill to be completed. The following list explains what you need to do in order to ship various commodities.

All other commodities should be shipped via DHL Parcel Express and should be accompanied by an Airwaybill and Invoice.
