Information on sending a shipment to The Russian Federation Prohibited commodities Standard DHL prohibitions plus: excise stamp, non-factory packed chemicals, undeveloped photographic material are prohibited. Any publications or documents containing material which could be considered a threat to state security, social order, public morality (eg fascism), the right to privacy are prohibited for import. Temporary import for shipments with ATA Carnet is not available via DHL net. - Originals of personal passports and other identity cards are temporary prohibited for export from the Russian Federation, except to BY and KZ. Chains and pins are prohibited because they require special 3rd party broker clearance.

All other commodities should be shipped via DHL Parcel Express
and should be accompanied by an Airwaybill and Invoice.
