Information on sending a shipment to Ukraine

Prohibited commodities
Standard DHL prohibitions plus: Passport and other identification documents, Work Record Books, Military certificates, Permissions for gun carriage, Commodities requiring special temperature regimes, Commodities addressed to foreign ships, Hidden audio/video recording devices, Excise stamps. All food stuff products and all products (toothpaste, devices, etc) for medical purposes for private individuals are prohibited. Temporary import for shipments with ATA Carnet is not available.

Certain commodities need to be accompanied by an invoice and, in some cases, additional customs documentation. Other commodities are considered as 'Documents' and only require a DHL Airwaybill to be completed. The following list explains what you need to do in order to ship various commodities.

All other commodities should be shipped via DHL Parcel Express and should be accompanied by an Airwaybill and Invoice.
