• If I do not have my tracking number, is it still possible to track my cargo shipment?

  Yes, under certain conditions. We strongly advise you to make a record of your tracking number. However, if you have the customer reference number, you can use our online Click here to openCustomer Reference Tracking service.

• Why is my tracking number not recognized?

  When entering your code, make sure it is in the correct format. Please note that older tracking numbers will not be recognized, since older information is deleted regularly from our database.
