Information on Accessibility

The European Accessibility Act (EAA) aims to enhance accessibility, ensuring that e-commerce services are accessible. This legislation establishes a framework for improving access to e-commerce services for consumers promoting equal opportunities and participation in society. We have initiated a variety of measures to redesign our respective digital applications that fall under the scope of the EAA and the respective local implementation laws, to meet the requirements.

Based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), we have made our e-commerce services more accessible. We are continuously working to improve the customer experience on our digital platforms.
