We are committed to developing talent as our team members remain our most important attribute. Our 24 month graduate programme will provide you consistent learning journey, gaining operational knowledge and management skills in a project management role within an international logistics business.

Your learning journey will be broken down into three placement experiences in which you will be fully immersed in the worlds of:

  • Parcel delivery & e-commerce (DHL Express)
  • Freight Forwarding (DHL Global Forwarding)
  • Industrial Supply Chain Management (DHL Supply Chain)

Your Graduate Programme will also include:

Certified, the Group-wide, global initiative focusing on employee engagement and cultural change to drive service excellence and quality. This training will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to delight the Customer.

A structured Learning and Development curriculum that will provide you with the expertise to become a Leader within our business and to be specialists within your area.

On-the-job learning within your placements, which is important for you to gain skills, knowledge and certification to support you in responding better to the demands of your job.

A support network including a Mentor and Buddy which facilitates engagement with peers and stakeholders and provides a safe learning environment. This will support you through transition periods, provide you with knowledge and encourages growth for your career within DHL.

The application Process will involve:

1. Application

Submit your online application on our careers portal. You will be asked to enter personal details, together with qualifications and work experience. You will also be asked some specific questions relating to the minimum criteria for the Programme so please ensure you meet these before applying. You will need to provide proof of these at a later stage so please answer honestly. 

2. Strengths Journey 

Once you have completed the application page, you will be progressed to our DHL strengths journey. This is designed to assess how you would handle situations that you would encounter in the role you are applying for. It has been developed as a bespoke tool for DHL and is based on real life situations that our graduates have experienced. 

3. Job Simulation 

If you pass the DHL Strengths journey, you will be invited to complete a Job Simulation. The purpose of the Job Simulation is for you to showcase your real self, whilst completing a role-relevant DHL scenario. This will also give you an insight into situations you could experience as a DHL graduate. 

4. Experience Day

Following the Job Simulation, if you are successful the final stage of the process is the Experience Day. Preparation is key, but it is also important that you are yourself and show us who you really are! We will provide you in advance the details of what to expect on this day.
