Yes you can apply if you meet all of the requirements of the Programme - for more information please read specific details for your chosen Programme on the vacancy page. We value work experience that graduates have undertaken after finishing university.
-
We offer Programmes for graduates of undergraduate and master’s degrees (or equivalent) via the same route – we don’t currently have separate Programmes. If you believe your studies and qualification are better suited to a different role, please visit https://supplychainjobs.dhl.com/jobs/
-
All of our Programmes require you to have a full driving licence. You can still apply if you are in the process of having lessons, but if you were successful at the assessment centre, any offer made to you would be subject to you getting your driving licence before you started on the Programme.
-
Yes, as long as you meet the requirements and criteria of the Programme you are interested in.
-
We aim to notify all our applications of an outcome after each stage of the recruitment process within 5 working days. Up until the assessment centre this is done via email as we appreciate how busy you might be with your studies or current work, and taking a phone call may not always be practical.
-
Please email dhl.ie.emergingtalent@dhl.com with details of the issue you are facing and we will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to rectify this.
FAQ's: On the Programme
-
We recruit graduates in specific countries to undertake their placements locally, so you will be located in Ireland for the full duration of the Programme. Our Programmes are carefully designed and structured to equip our graduates with the tools, knowledge and skills to operate in the local markets. However, after the Programme if an international opportunity is available we encourage our graduates to apply.
-
Our graduates have access to a huge network of people to speak to and get support from. You will have a mentor who will offer careers advice, act as a role model and demonstrate how networking works in practice. We also have a buddy scheme where new graduates are put in contact with current graduates who offer advice on an informal basis around things like relocation, past experiences, and answer any practical questions or concerns. Networking is a key aspect of our business and you will build on this network as you progress your career with us.
-
We support all of our graduate’s in pursuing permanent positions within the business once they have successfully completed the Programme. During the Programme we have career development workshops which help support you in this process. Of course by the time you have completed the Programme you will have developed a large network of contacts who will be able to support you in the search for your first role.

You may however apply for any of our positions via our website at the following address: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/careers.html and https://www.dpdhl.jobs/ as some sectors within the wider DHL business may have different policies.
