What excites you most about the logistics industry?

That the role I play is part of a bigger picture, that materialises in a happy and loyal customer and end user

What’s a typical week for you at DHL?

My role encompasses both resourcing and rolling out our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across APAC. On the recruitment front, a typical day for me involves sourcing and screening candidates for our open roles.
On the system front, my day includes having meetings with colleagues from different countries to discuss the progress and usage of the new ATS, and to ensure that we are all aligned and still on track as per the project timeline.

Other than that, I also facilitate certified trainings as well as HR Inductions, go for warehouse visits, strategize on how to improve our employee branding and come up with any new and creative recruitment initiatives.

What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning?

Passion for what I do, and the positive difference that I can make to help DSC grow

What accomplishment in your journey with DHL are you most proud of?

Being on the APAC project to deploy a new regional recruitment system and bringing Resourcing Centres to all our countries, and working with the different local HR Teams.
