  • The delivery times for the DHL eCommerce Solutions international shipping products typically vary between 4-11 business days. For faster schipping please refer to DHL Express.  For domestic deliveries transit times are between 1-3 business days. In the Greater Bangkok area Same Day Shipping is available.

  • As DHL eCommerce Solutions Customer you will have access to our Customer Web Portal which enables you among other features to track your shipments with a tracking number.   • For domestic, maximum dimension is Length + Width + Height = 200 cm and up to 30kg.
