DHL Supply Chain Thailand is proud to announce its recertification as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year. With over 7,000 employees, DHL Supply Chain Thailand has achieved an impressive 85% agreement rate among its workforce, solidifying its reputation as an exceptional workplace. This achievement is a testament to the company's ongoing commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

The Great Place to Work certification is based on feedback provided by employees, highlighting their experiences and perceptions of the workplace. DHL Supply Chain Thailand received the highest ratings in the Team category, showcasing the company's dedication to building strong and collaborative teams.

As a company powered by people, the company places great importance on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB). Two key concepts, Equity and Belonging, have been incorporated from previous efforts to ensure fair treatment, equal access to opportunities, and foster a sense of connection among employees.
