DHL SUPPLY CHAIN THAILAND RECEIVES GREAT PLACE TO WORK® CERTIFICATION FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW

DHL Supply Chain, the global market leader in contract logistics solutions, is proud to announce that it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for the second consecutive year in Thailand. More than 7,000 employees participated in the Great Place to Work survey to provide feedback about the company. An impressive 82% of respondents said that DHL Supply Chain Thailand is a Great Place to Work.
Every year, Great Place To Work®, a global people analytics and consulting firm, assesses employees' work experience through their certification program. The judging for this accolade considers the following criteria: Credibility, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.

Meanwhile, the company’s latest Employee Opinion Survey also showed an increase in all areas, particularly in employee engagement. The company has supported employee growth by investing in certified development programs at all levels, providing employees with essential functional and business skills. DHL Supply Chain Thailand has also held almost 500 engagement activities at sites across the country, including health and well-being programs such as organic farm days, singing contests, as well as corporate social responsibility initiatives like blood donation drives and temple clean-ups.

Diversity and inclusion are an integral part of the company's culture. Various initiatives have been implemented through multiple communication channels to address women's leadership topics, intergenerational workplace differences, and LGBTQ+ issues.
In addition to these programs, the company has used its online engagement platform, DHL Smart Connect, to bring employees closer and to recognize and appreciate their efforts. Through the use Smart Connect, DHL Supply Chain has implemented campaigns to highlight the company's core values and strategy, including initiatives related to safety, sustainability, and customer delight, etc. Employees also had the opportunity to learn best practices from colleagues in other countries.
