  • Fathi Tlatli has been with DHL for 16 years starting in 2004 as Vice President for the EMEA Engineering & Manufacturing Sector then receiving additional responsibility for the Global Aerospace Sector in 2007. In 2009 he moved to his current role as President of DHL’s Global Auto-Mobility Sector now responsible for the strategy, development and the global customer management program for DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation.

    Fathi is holder of an MBA in International Management (University of Leuven) and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Economic Sciences (University of Louvain). In addition, he has diplomas in Integrated Supply Chain Management (University of Stanford) and International General Management (IMD).

    Fathi is the author of books on Time Management (Effective Time Management, Gestion 2000) and marketing in Emerging Markets (Successful Marketing in Emerging Markets, Gestion 2000), as well as articles in the international management field.

  • Prior to be appointed in April 2020 as Managing Director, Société des Matières Premières Tropicales Pte Ltd (SMPT), Segsarn was Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) & VP Public Affairs of MICHELIN South-East Asia, Oceania and Japan-Korea.

    Segsarn is currently active in several no profit organization in Singapore and in Bangkok such as Chair of Executive Committee of SICCRA (Singapore Rubber Association), Board Member of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce Rubber Association and Member of Rubber Committee at Singapore Exchange ; and Vice-Chairman, Alliance Française in Thailand and Board of Director of TNSC, Thai National Shippers’ Council.

    Segsarn Trai-Ukos grew up in Switzerland, Germany, and France where he spends more than 22 years. In 1983, he did his high school at Lycée Charles de Gaulle, Baden-Baden, Germany. He is post-graduated in accounting, and then obtains a Master degree at Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis, Nice, France with major in an International law and Management; Master degree of International law from Institut Libre d’Etudes des Relations International (ILERI), Paris, France. He continued his study and obtained an E-MBA at SASIN, Chulalongkorn University. He also earns certificates from IMD (Carrefour Master), Lausanne, Switzerland; and HEC (Michelin Business Development), Paris, France.

  • Currently the Head of Ocean Freight for DHL Global Forwarding in Asia Pacific, Karsten is responsible for the development of the ocean freight business spanning 21 countries across Asia Pacific. Karsten brings over two decades of forwarding experience with him which began in Germany in 1996. Since 2002, he has been working in Asia Pacific with postings in Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Australia and Singapore. Prior to his current role, Karsten held several positions with DHL Global Forwarding, heading the regional Full-Container-Load product and capacity management team and was also responsible for regional route management which included carrier and space management. Karsten graduated with Honors in Business and Management Studies from Oxford Brookes University. He currently sits on the Asia Pacific Management Board for DHL Global Forwarding and is based in Singapore.

  • Chris Howarth, Chief Financial Officer joined Falcon Group in 2009. Chris is responsible for the strategic development of the Group and overseeing the overall financial performance. Prior to Falcon, Chris worked in banking having held roles at BNP Paribas Fortis and Mizuho Corporate Bank having begun his career as a management consultant working for Atos Origin and Accenture.
