DHL Group and the Global Business School Network (GBSN) have joined forces to accelerate international development through programs that educate and empower people in developing countries. The overarching objective is to improve access to education as well as support economic and social development.

What You Can Expect from the Program

Training

  • Join the formalized training curriculum
  • Developed especially for SMEs, delivered by DHL experts
  • Attend a minimum of five out of 13 available learning courses
  • Learn about international trade, e-Commerce, customs regulations and business acumen

Collaboration

  • Leverage post-graduate student’s academic know-how in economics and/or business administration
  • Work jointly on your specific business challenges

  • DHL monitor the effectiveness of the collaboration

Track Record

  • Quarterly you and your matched student will meet experienced local and regional DHL managers
  • Jointly prepare and present the progress made

Belinda’s Experience with the Program

Belinda Esaete from Uganda took part in the first cohort of the DHL GoTrade GBSN Fellowship Program. She runs a successful women’s fashion online store, BelDeLuxe. Belinda started her business in 2020, stitching sleepwear with local artisan women, selling it to a few friends and familiy members. Now, exports her designs to USA, Canada and Australia.
