Change of Conditions of DHL Freight CZ s.r.o. valid from 1 July 2021

We would like to inform you about the updated Business Terms and Conditions of DHL Freight CZ s.r.o., which will enter into force on 1 July 2021.

Summary of changes from 1.7.2021:

  • With the DHL Freight EuroConnect Domestic product (domestic pallet transport), it will also be possible to pay cash on delivery amounts by credit card
  • The list of goods excluded from transport will be extended to include electronic cigarettes and their refills.

Information on possible complications during the transport of groupage shipments

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about possible delays in the transport of groupage shipments from and to Germany, Austria and also to and from countries where these countries are used for transit.

The reason is the current situation in road freight transport. This is negatively affected by the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has exacerbated the long-standing shortage of transport capacity as well as the increase in traffic for the private segment (B2C).

Not only carriers but also logistics centers processing individual shipments face staff shortages. Due to compliance with national government regulations, there are irregular delays at border crossings.

DHL Freight CZ does its utmost to ensure that shipments take place without delay or restriction.

Fraudulent SMS alert titled "Download our app and watch your package"

Currently circulating via SMS malware, which pretends to be DHL. Spam SMS asks the recipient to click on a link to the infected website, from which the application can be downloaded. The downloaded application requires many permissions, including viewing and sending SMS. We strongly recommend that you do not click on the link in the SMS or download the application.


Price list change for domestic pallets

Change of price lists for domestic pallet transportation in the Czech Republic (DHL Freight EuroConnect Domestic), valid from 1 January 2021

Dear Business Partners,

Thank you for your kindness and cooperation in this difficult year. Together, we have been able to successfully meet the new challenges that circumstances have prepared for us.

We are glad that in recent months we have put into operation new technologies and procedures for ordering and monitoring shipments. Also in 2021, we will continue in digitalization.

We would like to inform you that in response to the growing input costs, the persistent shortage of drivers, the increase in toll rates and the need for further investment in modernizing the transportation network, we must adjust the standard prices for domestic pallet services.

From 1 January 2021, there will be an increase in prices for the following products:

We would like to draw your attention to fraud from the email address <>.

Before receiving the shipment, customers are informed from the given email address that DHL will require the payment of a special fee in order to deliver the goods. DHL does not withhold any shipments and does not condition their delivery by paying a fee.

Please note that DHL does not require any payments in this way.

DHL Freight CZ service information

Operation of DHL Freight CZ s.r.o. is not restricted and we continue to provide shipments in full with NO restrictions.  


Being aware of the importance of safe shipment, we are introducing a variety of preventive measures to protect the health of both our workers and our customers.

The following measures have been introduced

  • Our drivers are equipped with drapes and protective gloves.
  • At all workplaces we pay attention to increased hygiene in the form of antibacterial agents and educational wall notifications. Employees were informed about ways to minimize the risk of infection. We have also increased the frequency of workplace cleaning.
  • We actively communicate not only with our employees, but also with our drivers and carriers and other partners. All drivers are trained to protect themselves when delivering consignments while respecting our customers' precautions.
  • We are working on the preparation of possible scenarios in the event of a worsening of the situation in order to be fully prepared.
  • We follow all recommendations from government agencies and the parent company of Deutsche Post DHL Group.
