DHL Supply Chain, a contract logistics specialist and part of DHL Group, has become a partner of this year's One World International Human Rights Film Festival in Brno and Olomouc. Visitors can look forward to a rich programme with dozens of films and thematic debates. The festival will run from 20 to 27 March in Brno and from 24 to 29 March in Olomouc.
"One World has been drawing attention to various forms of human rights abuses for more than a quarter of a century. We are proud to be able to support this project in the locations where we operate, and so share our commitment to values, human rights and ethical standards. The core values at DHL Supply Chain are diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging. Our success in fulfilling them in everyday life was confirmed through our defence of the Top Employer and Great Place to Work® titles last year," says Dana Kucejová, PR and marketing manager at DHL Supply Chain.
DHL Supply Chain recently reaffirmed its commitment to promoting an inclusive and respectful work environment by officially signing the Diversity Charter in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. By taking this step, the company has confirmed its interest in creating an environment in which all employees can prosper irrespective of their gender, age, nationality, disability, sexual orientation and origin.
In the 27 years since its establishment, the One World festival has become the largest human rights film festival in the world. Every year, it draws attention to various forms of human rights violations, puts current international events into a broader context and opens discussions on frequently overlooked topics. This year's event will run from 12 March to 27 April 2025 in 57 towns and cities across the Czech Republic.
