Wirklich gute App und guter Support, falls mal etwas ist. Gefallen würde es mir noch, wenn man beim "packen" einer Bestellung die sich auf mehrere Sendungen verteilt, nicht abziehen würde was nicht rein soll, sondern per drag and drop (oder auch nur per klick in einer Liste wie jetzt) das Paket "befüllen" würde. Es müsste für die Mitarbeiter etwas bildlicher und leichter verständlich sein. Das zu erklären ist jedenfalls das einzige, was etwas Zeit braucht. Ansonsten alles top!

DON'T USE DHL!
A package to a customer arrived completely torn up. The packaging was new and the content was packed according to DHL standards. The value of the content was about 500€ and arrived irreparably broken. After sending full documentation DHL has repeatedly in unprofessional ways denied damage compensation.
The contact we had with DHL was rude with even yelling at us on the phone. We have been on this case for 3 weeks, have to use a lawyer to receive the damage compensation and are now in a court process against DHL. So far it has costed us a lot of time and lawyer costs.
I understand that you're upset, but in this case, the app (Post & DHL Shipping App) itself isn't to blame.
