Spain–France: Protests Slow Border Crossings on the A8 Motorway – Delays to International Shipments

French farmers’ protests have closed the border crossing between Spain and France on the A8 motorway since the afternoon of Monday, December 15. The crossing has been closed during the day from 08:00 to 19:00.

The partial border closure is causing significant delays for international shipments using this route, as truck queues stretch for several kilometers and access to terminals is blocked during closure hours. The situation also affects DHL Freight shipments.
