Press Release: March 31, 2026

DHL Global Forwarding (Finland) Oy has appointed Tommi Voss as Head of Air Freight Finland. He will also join the company’s management team and assume responsibility for the overall air freight business in Finland.

Tommi Voss brings extensive and in-depth experience in air freight, particularly in operations and network-driven environments. He joins DHL from Finnair Cargo, where he has served as Head of Cargo Operations / Head of Operations, responsible for developing the global air cargo operation. Previously, Voss has held various air cargo handling and ground services roles at Servisair and Swissport, giving him a strong and comprehensive understanding of the entire air freight chain.

“Tommi brings us a unique combination of airline, terminal, and operational expertise. His experience in developing global operations, driving digitalization, and systematically improving performance aligns extremely well with our strategy to strengthen our competitiveness and customer-centricity in the air freight market,” says Juha Kallunki, Managing Director of DHL Global Forwarding (Finland) Oy.

In his role as Head of Air Freight Finland, Voss will focus particularly on profitable growth, strengthening operational and commercial performance, and close cooperation with DHL Global Forwarding’s global air freight organization.

“DHL Global Forwarding has a strong position in the global air freight network. I am excited about the opportunity to further develop the air freight business in Finland together with our customers, partners, and skilled team. Our goal is to enhance both operational performance and customer value in a rapidly evolving market,” says Tommi Voss.

Tommi Voss will assume his new role on June 15, 2026. He succeeds Juha Kallunki, who previously served as Head of Air Freight Finland before becoming Managing Director of the company on February 1, 2026.
