Alexander Gunde

President Technology Sector, DHL CSI - After earning his Business Administration degree in Wiesbaden, Germany, Alexander began his career in 1996 in San Sebastian, Spain. As International Manager of Guipuzcoana S.L., he connected the company to a European parcel network, joining Eurodis in 1998. He later contributed to harmonizing Eurodis with DHL's Europack network. In 1999, Alexander joined DHL, taking on various roles before becoming VP of German Automotive in 2009. Since 2019, he has led DHL’s global Technology sector.

John Pearson

CEO, DHL Express - John Pearson has been appointed as CEO for DHL Express and as such was appointed to the Board of Management of Deutsche Post AG on January 1, 2019, responsible for the EXPRESS division. Before starting his current role, John held the position of CEO DHL Express Europe, Head of Global Marketing Express, as well as Head of Global Customer Service Express. In this capacity, he was a member of the DHL Express Global Management Board and the Global Commercial Board of DHL Group, representing Express.

Yin Zou

EVP Corp. Development, DHL - Yin Zou is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at DHL group. Previously he was the CEO of SF DHL Supply Chain China, overseeing more than 7,000 employees. With over 1,000,000 square meters in warehousing and an expanding transport network, SF DHL Supply Chain is a leading contract logistics solution provider in China, serving over 200 blue chip clients. An industry veteran, Yin Zou has been working in logistics industry with DHL for over 20 years where he has held management roles in Europe, the United States and China, covering commercial, strategy, shared services and operations. His resume includes over 10 years of logistics experience in China, spanning manufacturing planning in the semiconductor industry, transportation operations, distribution center operations and commercial development with major clients.

Dorian Groeger

Enterprise Sales Leader, Microsoft  - Dorian Groeger is an Enterprise Sales Leader at Microsoft who works at the intersection of technology, strategy, and large‑scale transformation. With more than 20 years of experience partnering with global enterprises, he focuses on how cloud platforms, AI, and industry solutions redefine entire business models—particularly in travel, transport, and logistics. Dorian challenges organizations to move beyond incremental digitalization and instead reimagine how technology can unlock resilience, sustainability, and long‑term growth. Drawing on leadership roles at Microsoft, Cisco, and Siemens, he connects bold vision with real-world execution, showing how innovation becomes a competitive advantage when it is anchored in business outcomes.

Alex Bitiukov

Principal Program Manager, Supply Chain AI Strategy and Integration, Microsoft -Alex Bitiukov is a Principal Product Architect at Microsoft, heading the product strategy for Microsoft Supply Chain AI. He specializes in building agentic AI applications for large-scale decision-making across global supply chains. Alex combines a strong data science foundation with a focus on responsible, impactful AI adoption, drawing on graduate degrees in Data Science and Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
