Recognized in also nine countries and territories, the world’s leading express provider is one of the best employers in the region

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, has been recognized as 2021 Top Employer for Asia Pacific for the seventh consecutive year. On top of that, the company was awarded the same accolade in nine countries and territories in the region including, Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. This brings the total number of awards that DHL Express has won in the area of workplace excellence to 42 in 2020.

DHL Express annually invests a double digit million Euro amount in its employees around the world. The company runs various HR initiatives to continuously improve the working conditions of its teams and equip its international workforce with the knowledge that they need to be motivated to deliver the best quality service for customers each day.
