DHL customers can now pay conveniently using the DHL e-payment option through GrabPay

DHL Express, the world's leading international express service provider, has partnered with GrabPay to provide its customers with an easy and efficient online payment alternative.

With an average of more than 20,000 cash transactions per month, DHL partners with GrabPay to provide a billing solution that enables customers to pay, keep track of, record, and automatically reconcile payments in real-time. It is intended to help users settle their shipping fees quickly, securely, and hassle-free. All cash transactions, freight, or duty-catered by DHL service points and couriers can be completed using GrabPay.

GrabPay is Grab's mobile wallet, which allows users to make seamless payments for Grab services like GrabCar, GrabFood, and GrabExpress for online and in-store transactions. Customers can also earn GrabRewards points for every transaction they make through the app.

DHL Express couriers or service point personnel will generate a QR code on their handheld device and show it to customers during shipment collection, delivery, or drop-off. Customers can use their mobile phone's Grab app to scan and pay. Once credited, the payment status on the courier's handheld device will be automatically updated. After each successful transaction, a successful payment confirmation will be displayed in real-time on the customer's mobile phone, and DHL will also provide an official receipt.
