Survey base, respondents, methodology and purpose
The DHL Recommerce 2023 e-commerce survey is based on data collected in two studies: Sub-study 1: started with a pre-study, in the form of a discussion panel with six young people aged 14-18. This was followed by a survey of the Youth Barometer panel of 500 respondents, proportionally distributed between the ages of 15 and 22. Sub-study 2: is based on a survey of 5000 e-commerce consumers, proportionally distributed between the ages of 21 and 69 across Sweden. The response period for the surveys was 20-30 October 2023. The survey was conducted by Bard Branding AB and respondents were recruited via Cint AB and Ungdomsbarometern.
