With the DHL Fulfillment Network, Miravia – like all customers – has access to a network of warehouses and experienced teams handling goods-in, warehousing, pick, pack and dispatch. It’s really flexible: customers can scale up with ease, whether that’s for peak season or a promotion, to trial a new product, or to reach a new market. It’s e-commerce logistics made simple. Advanced inventory insights come as standard for all customers too, allowing them to make data-based decisions around sales and stock levels across different locations.
“The scalability of the DHL Fulfillment Network is great for us, because it gives us the flexibility to meet both our current needs and our medium- to long-term projections,” explains Yann Fontaine, CEO of Miravia.
“We have brands, sellers and customers on our platform to whom we can now offer a fast and reliable service’” Yann continues. “We can consolidate our presence and offer quicker and more satisfying shopping experiences throughout the region.” The end-to-end tracking and control tools, and DHL’s continued commitment to technological innovation, were big contributing factors to this new contract.
Both parties are committed to sustainability. DHL Group’s roadmap in the pursuit of zero emissions by 2050 was another key driver in Miravia’s decision.
