What should I do, if log-in failed?

Please check, that you have entered your user-id, company-id and password correctly.

Capital and small letters matter.

How do I get a new password?

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password. Select Settings - Change password  

What are the system requirements?

You need: 

  • Internet connection, Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer / Firefox 1.5 or newer

  • E-mail address

  • Adobe Reader 5.0 or newer

  • Laser printer

Does DHL Multishipping support several account numbers?

Yes, DHL Multishipping supports several accounts in your company.

Can I re-print transport documents?

Yes, you can re-print labels and waybill.  

  • Select "My Shipments - Shipment status".

  • Activate the shipment you want to re-print documents for (flag on the left)

  • Press "Freight documents"

Can I change or cancel my pick-up request?

Yes, please contact our DHL Freight customer service tel. +372 6808401.

If we do not receive an ordered pickup cancellation request we will charge the pickup in accordance with the agreement.

When can I use DHL Multishipping?

You can use DHL Multishipping 24/7. 

DHL reserves the right to change the Service and update the webpage.

How long can a session be inactive before the user is logged out of the system?

60 minutes.
