Surcharges
Due to changed security situation in the Middle East global logistics chains and European road transport is affected. Due to the exceptional market situation, DHL Freight will temporarily move to weekly fuel surcharge updates.
The objective of this change is to ensure that transport pricing reflects the rapidly changing market conditions.
- The new fuel surcharge will take effect starting March 18, 2026
- The fuel surcharge will be updated every Monday going forward
- The updated surcharge will remain valid until the end of the week
- The next update will be published on March 18, 2026

Mobility Package Surcharge
DHL Logistics Estonia OÜ (DHL Freight Estonia) is implementing a mobility package surcharge as of April 1, 2022, based on the cost effects of the EU Mobility Package on road freight transportation. The surcharge varies from country to country depending on the impact of the mobility package.
DHL Freight will quote the mobility package surcharges on a quarterly basis. Updated surcharges enter into force on the first day of each quarter, i.e. January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. The surcharge is determined by the date of arrival in / departure from the country.
The surcharge is calculated on the freight price using the percentages shown below.
