- International: 8,5%
The base price calculation is based on 07.03.2022 fuel price 1.859 € / l.

Mobility Package Surcharge
DHL Logistics Estonia OÜ (DHL Freight Estonia) is implementing a mobility package surcharge as of April 1, 2022, based on the cost effects of the EU Mobility Package on road freight transportation. The surcharge varies from country to country depending on the impact of the mobility package.
DHL Freight will quote the mobility package surcharges on a quarterly basis. Updated surcharges enter into force on the first day of each quarter, i.e. January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. The surcharge is determined by the date of arrival in / departure from the country.
The surcharge is calculated on the freight price using the percentages shown below.
