DHL EXPRESS JAPAN HONORED WITH “THE LEADER OF THE YEAR” AND “THE MANAGEMENT OF THE YEAR” AWARDS AT THE CONTACT CENTER AWARDS 2023

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, announced that it has received the “Leader of the Year" and “Management of the Year" awards in the individual awards category of the Contact Center Awards 2023. The event was organized by RIC Telecom’s Computer Telephony editorial department with the support of e-Partners, Inc.

Both awards were created to recognize the achievements and initiatives of contact centers and are presented to frontline management who are recognized as exemplary professionals in the industry.  This is the second consecutive year that DHL Japan has won the "Management of the Year" award and the tenth consecutive year that it has won the "Leader of the Year" award.

The "Leader of the Year" award went to Masayoshi Ninomiya, Senior Customer Service Advisor at Customer Care. Ninomiya's proactive and dedicated engagement with team members contributed to maximizing the team's strength and encouraging continuous improvement. This resulted in an improvement of customer experience.

The "Management of the Year" award went to Akemi Kawaguchi, Customer Service Development Manager. She was recognized for her customer-first approach, her willingness to step in to assist with the upgrade of engagement, productivity, and quality of her team of advisors, as well as her positive and caring attitude that helped to contribute to improving the overall quality of service and the customer service presence.
