Due to ongoing third-party carrier actions, unrelated to DHL Express, which are currently affecting multiple border crossings in Serbia and the surrounding region, transportation capacity for DHL Economy Select Day Definite International (DDI) shipments is temporarily constrained, resulting in a temporary suspension of the service from 26 to 29 January.

DHL Economy Select Day Definite International (DDI) is a cost-effective, road-based freight service for less urgent shipments within Europe, offering door-to-door delivery typically within 3–5 business days. DDI shipments to and from Serbia normally connect through Budapest, Hungary, which is currently impacted by the broader regional situation.

DHL Express Time Definite International (TDI) services remain fully operational, and our team is at your service to provide TDI solutions.

We are monitoring the situation on an hourly basis and hope to resume the service as soon as conditions allow. A formal review and next service update is planned for 30 January. Any changes will be proactively communicated to YOU, our customers, and reflected across DHL systems without delay.
