Do you have an inquiry about a shipment sent using DHL Freight?

If your parcel shipment originated outside of Sweden and the tracking number begins and ends with letters (e.g. AA11111111DE), your package will be handled by PostNord when it arrives in Sweden. Therefore, please contact them. Alternatively, contact your shipper if the package has not reached Sweden.

If your parcel shipment originated within Sweden or your shipment is larger (pallets, container or other freight), please fill in the contact form below or call our DHL Freight customer service in Sweden at 0771-345 345
