This is the seventh year for Business Next to hold Future Commerce awards, which encourages innovation and business integration through new technologies and aims to advance industries in Taiwan by sharing and praising innovative examples of outstanding enterprises. DHL Express Taiwan is honored to be the only logistics company that has received the accolade this year.

The 2021 Future Commerce awards consist of 5 different award categories and each award will grant 6 winning companies in Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The panel of judges includes professionals from research institutes, digital marketing, consulting industry and more and the Best Innovative User Experiences award is judged based on 20% of technology applications, 20% of innovation, 40% of user experience and 20% of actual results.
