Neness Relies on DHL Fulfillment Network to Accelerate E-commerce Development in Europe

• The perfume brand has entrusted DHL Supply Chain France with the management of its e-commerce orders in France and several European countries.

DHL Supply Chain announces the signing of a new contract with Neness. An international perfumery brand founded in 2012 and distributing its products in major European countries, Neness offers over 200 high-quality fragrances for men and women, essential oils, as well as home fragrances in the form of diffusers and candles. All Neness fragrances are guaranteed vegan and not tested on animals.

To accelerate its development and optimize the processing of its e-commerce orders, Neness has chosen the DHL Fulfillment Network offer. Specially developed by DHL Supply Chain, this solution offers customers access to a network of 30 logistics centers specialized in e-commerce order processing. This global network enables next-day delivery to all major international markets, while offering e-retailers the possibility of progressively and easily adapting the geographical scope covered, in line with their development and growth.

Neness now relies on DHL Fulfillment Network to manage and dispatch its orders in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and the Benelux countries, for a forecast annual volume of 35,000 orders. Operations, which began in October, are managed from the Saint-Quentin Fallavier logistics center (Isère). DHL Supply Chain provides Neness with end-to-end support, from inbound logistics to returns processing, including product reception and storage, e-commerce order preparation and last-mile delivery.
