Demand Surcharge

To maintain our service level during periods of peak demand, we will be activating a Demand Surcharge.

For Time and Day Definite International shipping services, a Demand Surcharge will apply effective 1 October, 2026 until 5 February, 2027.
For Time Definite Domestic shipping services, a Demand Surcharge will apply effective 1 November, 2026 until 31 December, 2026.
