For goods and documents that cannot wait, the DHL Express 10:30 and 9:00 services provide for delivery before 10:30 or 9:00 a.m. to destinations that guarantee delivery by the first or second business day following pickup.
DHL Express 10:30 and DHL Express 9:00 are available to major business centers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, and allow packages up to 25 kg and shipments up to 250 kg and offer, within the limits of the terms and conditions of service, a money-back guarantee for the extra charge relating to the Time Definite Service.
