Fuel Surcharge
The fuel surcharge for all services will be based on the daily average spot prices for US Gulf Coast (USGC) kerosene-type jet fuel, as reported by the U.S. Department of Energy between 3rd week release of prior month to 3rd week release of actual month.

The fuel surcharge for all services will be based on the daily average spot prices for US Gulf Coast (USGC) kerosene-type jet fuel, as reported by the U.S. Department of Energy between third week release of prior month to third week release of actual month.
For example, the daily average price for fuel from 18th of April to 15th of May is used to determine the applicable surcharge in June.

DHL Express reserves the right to change the fuel surcharge index and table with or without notice. Both the amount and duration of the surcharge will be determined at DHL Express' sole discretion.
Currency Effects
A Currency Effects mechanism will be applied to all international shipments if the local currency devalues by more than 5% against the United States Dollar (USD), as measured against the applicable base exchange rate.

Currency Effects Index table will be published in January 2027.
The base exchange rate of the Philippine Peso (PHP) against the United States Dollar (USD) shall be determined based on the average PHP/USD exchange rate published by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas for the period from the 1st to the 21st of December 2026.
Each month, the Base exchange rate will be compared with the average PHP/USD exchange rate for the period from the 1st to the 21st of the current month, based on rates published by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. The resulting percentage, as determined by the Currency Effects Index table published above, will apply from the first day of the following month.
For example, the daily average exchange rate from 1st of January 2027 to 21st of January 2027 is used to determine the applicable percentage in February 2027.
The Currency Effects percentage will apply to the Weight Charge. Fuel Surcharge will apply to the adjusted Weight Charge.
DHL Express reserves the right to review and amend the methodology, index table or implementation mechanism upon providing 30 days' notice.
