DHL Supply Chain successfully goes live with Oriflame operations in Poland

Press Release: Warsaw, 2 April 2026

DHL Supply Chain, the global leader in contract logistics, has successfully launched its operations for Oriflame in Poland, marking a key milestone in the partnership announced earlier this year. The go-live, effective 1 April 2026, represents an important step in delivering a fully operational, scalable, and future-ready logistics model supporting Oriflame’s global growth ambitions.

The new operation, located in Głuchów in Central Poland, serves a dual strategic role as both a global hub and a regional distribution center. From this site, DHL Supply Chain manages worldwide shipments of Oriflame products, while also handling B2C distribution across multiple European markets. The launch includes a team of approximately 100 employees, with DHL Supply Chain taking over operations directly from the client, including the transition of part of the existing workforce. This seamless transition ensures continuity, operational stability, and retention of valuable expertise, while enabling further optimization and efficiency improvements.

This go-live is a significant achievement resulting from months of intensive collaboration, preparation, and shared commitment,” said Bernard Wierzbik, Managing Director DHL Supply Chain in Poland. “We have successfully taken over a complex operation and are now focused on driving operational excellence, continuous optimization, and scalability. Our ambition goes beyond warehousing and distribution - we are already exploring opportunities to expand into end-to-end logistics solutions, including cross-border e-commerce and last-mile delivery.”

The partnership reflects Oriflame’s strategic objective to work with a global logistics partner capable of delivering consistent quality, scalability, and innovation across markets. DHL Supply Chain’s strong expertise in both B2B and B2C logistics, combined with its ability to manage highly seasonal demand and complex distribution models, was a decisive factor in the selection process.

Oriflame operates a social selling model, characterized by dynamic sales cycles, catalogue-driven campaigns, and significant demand fluctuations. DHL’s ability to flex operations up and down, particularly during peak periods, ensures high service levels and operational resilience.

Today marks an important milestone in our transformation journey,” said Jorge Espinosa, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, at Oriflame. “The successful go-live demonstrates the strength of our partnership with DHL Supply Chain. Their global expertise, combined with strong local capabilities, gives us confidence that we can continue to enhance service for our Beauty Entrepreneurs and customers worldwide, while building a more agile and scalable supply chain.”

An additional advantage of the Głuchów location is its proximity to another large DHL Supply Chain operation, enabling access to additional resources and operational support during peak demand periods. This setup further strengthens the resilience and flexibility of the overall solution.

The successful go-live reinforces DHL Supply Chain’s position as a trusted partner for global brands with complex logistics needs and highlights its capability to deliver large-scale transformations efficiently and reliably.
