  • Justin Baird leads the DHL Asia Pacific Innovation Center (APIC). The first dedicated center for innovative logistics services in Asia Pacific and one of three DHL innovation centers globally, APIC is a test bed for emerging logistics-related technologies and a showcase of the latest innovations to reinvent supply chains. APIC is part of the DHL global innovation agenda with the mission of advancing DHL's innovation topics in the Region. 

    Justin has over two decades of experience in management and emerging technology, and he his expertise ranges from research and development to interactive multimedia installation technologies. He previously held management roles in Imagination Australia, Mosaic and Accenture, and spent five years as an innovationist at Google where he played an instrumental role in launching the first Android devices in Asia Pacific. 

  • Dr. Juliana Chan is the founder and CEO of Wildtype Media Group, Asia’s leading STEM-focused media company, spanning digital, social media, video, print, custom publishing and events. She received a BA degree in natural sciences from the University of Cambridge, and a PhD degree in biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

    Awards received include the L’Oréal- UNESCO For Women in Science National Fellowship, the Singapore Youth Award and MIT Technology Review's 10 Innovators Under 35 (Asia). Juliana is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum (WEF); using that platform, she strongly advocates for public scientific literacy, inclusion and diversity in STEM, and growing the science communication industry in Asia.

  • As the Auto-mobility sector head of Asia Pacific, Audrey Gerard is responsible for the growth and strategy of the organization’s regional sector portfolio in DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation – an entity responsible for managing the top 80 customers of the DHL Group.

    Since joining DHL in 2010, Audrey has always been involved in driving growth for the sector. She has been instrumental in the development of strategic engagement, as well as initiatives focusing on customer-centric innovations, electric vehicles logistics and sustainable supply chain solutions.  

    Audrey started her career at DHL in France prior to her move in 2012 to Singapore where she assumed the role of Global Account and Regional Strategy Coordinator in the Auto-mobility sector to drive the company’s presence in the sector. In 2015, she was promoted into a commercial role as a Business Development & Regional Customer Manager to engage auto-mobility customers in the region and also took on the role of the regional lead for the Tires sub-sector. In 2018, she took on further responsibilities as the cross-sector commercial Program Management Officer in DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation before being appointed to her current role in January 2021.

  • Carolyn Choo is a dynamic sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. She is inspired by innovation and has the ability to energize others with a genuine passion to win.

  • Based in Singapore, Deepali Gulati is the Technology Business Development Lead for DHL Supply Chain Asia Pacific. Deepali has been with DHL for over 20 years driving growth and navigating complex supply chains for a portfolio of high technology, mobile technology, and telecommunication accounts. 

    Deepali currently leads the Technology sales community, working across 14 countries with a focus on business development, supply chain management, strategy development, and solution excellence. 

    Most recently, Deepali was a leading member of the DHL team that established the new product – Work from Home solutions – to help companies with large, distributed workforces in handling the delivery of IT equipment swiftly. She is also supporting the APAC business development community in various ways in adopting more sustainable & Green Solutions to make customers’ supply chains greener and she is a strong & passionate advocate of women in logistics. 

  • Leonora has over 20 years of logistics experience in servicing specifically the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector, with over a decade spent in DHL. In her current role, she works very closely across all of the DHL business divisions. Collaborating together with these colleagues, she helps to identify, explore and meet customer needs, develop new solutions, and ultimately drive business growth in the sector across Asia Pacific. Additionally, she promotes DHL capabilities in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector through global conferences and at DHL’s annual schedule of customer-centric events across Asia Pacific and in Singapore.

    Born and raised in Singapore, Leonora holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Singapore Management University and is also a classically trained pianist with a Licentiate from the Trinity College of London. She is married and puts logistics into daily practice by raising her 4 children.

  • Experienced commercial leader with over 18 years’ of both commercial and operational experience within the logistics industry. I am currently responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales professionals, supporting the ongoing development of business and customer strategies for the Consumer and Retail sector across Asia Pacific and Globally. 

    Previously served in key leadership roles with DHL Global Forwarding, Australia where I had the opportunity to work across a number of different functions in the business, developing strong connected teams has always been at the core of what I enjoy doing and as such creating a diverse and inclusive environment is key to success. 

    Today my key responsibilities include Sales management, developing cross-collaboration engagements across the group, and developing end-to-end solutions across the Consumer and Retail Sector in Asia Pacific. 

    I also possess a love of global travel and connecting communities globally. 

  • YingChuan Huang (Chuan) is responsible for driving DHL’s innovation agenda in the Asia Pacific region as the Trend Research Lead. Chuan has had over 7 years of experience in engineering, consulting, and logistics, equipping him to effectively champion operational excellence initiatives through digital transformation, leveraging technologies such as Robotics, Computer Visioning, and IoT.

  • Alexander Saier is a spokesperson for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. With 197 Parties, the UNFCCC has near universal membership and is the parent treaty of the 2015 Paris Climate Change Agreement. The ultimate objective of all agreements under the UNFCCC is to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that will prevent dangerous human interference with the climate system, in a time frame which allows ecosystems to adapt naturally and enables sustainable development.

     Alexander, a global game-changer and advocate for the environment and climate change, has curated numerous successful campaigns to learn about the challenges our climate faces through creative data visualizations and interactive scenarios that help us learn more about these topics.

  • Damon Gameau is an Australian television and film actor who is the director of, and lead role in, That Sugar Film. Gameau also appeared in the Australian series Love My Way, the 2002 Australian film The Tracker, and in a small role in the US series How I Met Your Mother.

    Gameau was recently nominated for NSW Australian of the Year for his work in 'the Regeneration' movement. His '2040' documentary included an extensive impact campaign that has seen 1.5 million students be taught the curriculum materials, hundreds of farmers receive assistance to switch to regenerative practices plus the building of the first seaweed platform in Tasmania. His current film is called Regenerate Australia 2030 and is a vision for Australia in 2030 based on interviews with a variety of Australians from differing backgrounds.

  • Pablo joined DHL in 2005 as Express US Director of Strategy, where he successfully implemented various optimization programs in the areas of Billing, Network Operations, Indirect Cost reduction, eCommerce and Customer Retention. Pablo served as Ken Allen’s (DHL Express CEO) Chief of Staff during the restructure of the USA operations and was instrumental in the planning and execution of the turnaround. During that period he also has led Customer Service and Telesales functions to record levels of performance and productivity.

    In 2010 he was appointed CIO for the US where he executed a convergence program which led to decommissioning 300 applications and migrating to global standards. He also developed and implemented key new capabilities such as Paperless Trade, Advance Notification Services and Denied Party Screening workflow. During his tenure as US CIO, his organization was selected as one of the top 100 IT places to work. In 2012 he was appointed CIO for the Americas and member of the DHL Global IT Executive Committed. Prior to joining DHL, Pablo was a Management Consultant focusing in supply chain optimization and turnaround programs throughout Europe, Latin America and the U.S. Pablo holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School.

    Rajchanee Chanawatr is an Asia-Pacific principal investment officer at International Financial Corporation (IFC), an institute under World Bank Group, working in early-stage engagements with private sector to create development and investment projects in manufacturing, agribusiness, and services (healthcare, education, tourism, retail and property) industries. 

    Prior to joining IFC, she has 20 years of experience in strategy and operations management consultancy in consumer business and healthcare in South East Asia working with multinational and regional companies. She held leadership roles as Digital Enterprise Services lead at Microsoft, Managing Director (partner) at Accenture as ASEAN Retail lead, Senior BD Director at DHL Supply Chain, General Manager at Li and Fung Group, and Senior Manager at PwC and Deloitte. She is a graduate with a Master of Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and Doctor of Dental Surgery from Chulalongkorn University.

  • Andy has more than 14 years of experience in commercial and sales development in logistics. He has in-depth working knowledge of Asia Pacific and is currently driving eCommerce innovation to help merchants and entrepreneurs take their products cross border and international.

  • Mike has been leading the commercialization of disruptive mobile technology and ICT infrastructure for over a decade with leading global technology firms in Asia, Middle East and North America. He parlayed his vision and knowledge of the evolution of ICT into the creation of DataStreamX, a pioneering data acquisition and transaction platform, in 2014.

    DataStreamX ultimately evolved into Quadrant, a global leader in mobile location data and related compliance services. Quadrant currently offers data from 200 countries, with 400+ million unique devices and 40+ billion events per month. The company launched its new Point-of-Interest Data-as-a-Service platform this April, providing geospatial applications with a contextual layer of comprehensive and actionable POI information in various regions worldwide.

  • A data strategist, technologist and thinker, Parviz Foroughian has amassed an impressive portfolio of domain expertise in data science, diverse senior corporate roles in leading MNCs, and entrepreneurial achievements in Big Data and Data Analytics.

    He is driven by the singular goal of enabling enterprises to be smarter through the discipline of strategizing data with Judicious Automation, AI, DataOps and an Agile Approach.

    A hands-on technologist who is passionate in testing new solutions, developing proof of concepts, working with scientists to build new algorithms, and devising new data architectures, Parviz is also drawn to the spheres of leadership and education, where he actively mentors young data enthusiasts, entrepreneurs and students.

  • Prerit is the Head of Analytics in DHL Applied Analytics Team. He is involved in developing cutting-edge analytics solutions for DHL’s customers. The team’s projects include solutions for inventory and supply chain optimization, sales growth, strategic modeling, and end-to-end traceability. Prerit has over 9 years of experience in data science, software and data design/architecture, enterprise data analytics & integration across multiple industries.

  • With over 25 years’ experience involved in the Innovation field, covering varying sectors including Financial Institutions, Education, Manufacturing and Logistics, Todd has a diverse business understanding & background. Todd joined Exel, now DHL Supply Chain, in 2001, with his role covering responsibilities for all IT Services within the South Pacific Region, with the prime focus being the strategic development of Business Models, Services, Applications and Infrastructure. Todd’s current focus is the Digitization of the Supply Chain within Asia Pacific covering Product Design, Development and Deployment. Todd holds a Masters in Business and Technology from University of New South Wales.

  • Jiayi is the Chief Technical Officer at dConstruct Technologies, a Start-up that makes robots easier to use for autonomous mobility applications. Jiayi was Pixar’s R&D Technical Director for 10 years, leading his team to develop the core Graphics Simulation Stack used on multiple Academy Award Winning films, including Wall-e, Toy Story 3, Up, Brave and Monsters University. 

    He has given multiple Technical Talks at Siggraph on his work and currently holds 4 US Patents. Jiayi obtained his Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science with specialization in graphics and systems, from Stanford University. After graduation, he worked for over 13 years in the Bay Area in the fields of Graphics, Simulation and Machine Learning.

  • Connie drives innovation and strategic partnerships for Group Enterprise, Singtel. She also helms the role of Centre Director for Singtel FutureNow Innovation Centre, a state-of-art technology center that showcases Singtel’s inflight and advanced technologies. In this role, she leads her team to curate customer experiences, carry out customer and partner engagement work; playing a key role in the development of the innovation partnership ecosystem in Singtel. 

    Prior to this role, Connie was driving strategy and planning, and her role involved developing strategies for new growth areas in the various digital and technological spaces for both Singtel Group Enterprise and NCS. She played a key role in supporting the Lines of Business in the execution of both organic and inorganic growth strategies and drove strategic partnerships and alliances to further business growth.

  • Dr. Wang Wei Technical Divisional Director, ARTC Smart and Digital Manufacturing Group DrWang Wei is currently a Coordinating Director for Technical Divisions and the Technical Division Director for Smart Manufacturing in the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre. Before joining ARTC, Wang Wei held his position as Research Scientist with A*STAR's Institute of Materials Research & Engineering for nearly seven years.

    He then progressed and spent seven years on secondment with Rolls Royce as an Advanced Technologist. Wang Wei holds Bachelor in Materials Sciences and Engineering and also a Master Degree in Engineering, Materials Science with Zhejiang University, China. Dr. Wang Wei also received his PhD in Materials Engineering with The Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

  • Terence serves as the Market Development Director at APAC Technology team in GSMA. With a key focus is on 5G, IoT, eSIM technologies. He successfully established an APAC IoT Partnership programme that accelerates the Mobile IoT ecosystem development and innovation in the APAC region. 

    With over twenty years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications industry, Terence has a broad range of experiences on infrastructure, product development and management, consultancy, sales and marketing. He has worked for multinational companies such as Fujitsu, Nokia, and served as the architect, consultant, product lead and head of BSS/OSS in the Asia region.

  • Kean Loon is a quality practitioner with vast experience in management of quality management systems and improvement programmes. Having led the region’s First Choice programme since 2010 under DHL Global Forwarding with much success, his passion has driven him to continue to be at the forefront of the company’s innovation-related projects, e.g. RPA, warehouse and transport process automation, etc.

  • Shan joined Fujitsu in 2017 to build and lead the data analytics and AI business at Fujitsu America. In his current role as the global head of consulting for Fujitsu’s Mobility DX organization, Shan and his team of industry consultants, data scientists, and solution architects are responsible for delivering new data monetization opportunities, and business optimization solutions for clients by solving complex and intractable business problems utilizing data analytics, AI, and quantum-inspired technology. 

    Shan brings 25 years of global experience and continued commitment to technology and management consulting business, delivering innovative data analytics, information strategy, and business consulting solutions to clients. Shan recently led Fujitsu's social impact initiative of solving problems related to Covid-19 using data analytics and quantum-inspired technology. 

  • Remi leads the global commercial agenda of DHL Applied Analytics team. In his role he interfaces closely with our customers to design customer-centric and innovative strategies and drives the implementation of a broad range of growth and sales initiatives across 200 countries and customers. Before joining DHL Applied Analytics, Remi was the commercial PMO for DHL CSI Asia Pacific, where he helped develop the sales strategy and innovation solutions across sectors to drive growth.

  • Kris spent the majority of his career working from leading food manufacturers , such as Chiquita, Reckitt and Wonderful Brands as well as leading food retailers, such as Carrefour and Maxeda, holding executive positions in supply chain, operations, store management, IT  as well as general management of a B2B fruit ingredients business unit.

    In 2017 he started Cadena Consulting to help companies to bridge the business strategy with their operational & supply chain strategy.  As Supply Chain director a.i. he helped Makro C&C Belgium implementing Bleu Yonder - driving the stock down with more than 30m€, while improving the on-shelf availability. He also designed and implemented a logistics transformation program reducing costs with > 5m€.

    In 2020 he co-founder Streamside, a supply chain IT-start that launched a supply chain collaboration platform, called Streamliner (www.streamliner.cloud). Kris is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Streamside.

    Kris is president of the supervisory board of Agrofair, an importer of bio and fair-trade bananas and tropical fruit and was board member of GS1 Belux.

    Kris is Belgian and holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Brussels University (VUB), an MBA from the Vlerick School of Management and is a certified Director by Guberna. He worked and lived in different countries across Europe and currently resides in Brussels with his wife and 2 children.
