  • Fathi Tlathi has been with DHL for 16 years starting in 2004 as Vice President for the EMEA Engineering & Manufacturing Sector then receiving additional responsibility for the Global Aerospace Sector in 2007. In 2009 he moved to his current role as President of DHL's Global Auto-Mobility Sector now responsible for the strategy, development, and the global customer management program for DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation.

    Fathi is a holder of an MBA in International Management (University of Leuven) and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economic Sciences (University of Louvain). In addition, he has diplomas in Integrated Supply Chain Management (University of Stanford) and International General Management (IMD). Fathi is the author of books on Time Management (Effective Time Management, Gestion 2000) and marketing in Emerging Markets (Successful Marketing in Emerging Markets, Gestion 2000), as well as articles in the international management field.

  • Thomas Kirchermeier has 26 years of professional experience in logistics in the automotive industry. He started his career in 1995 at the Tier 1 supplier Kautex Textron and moved to Siemens VDO in 2001, which was acquired by Continental in 2008. Since 2019, he has headed global supply chain management at Vitesco Technologies as Senior Vice President SCM.

  • Adrien studied Industrial Engineering in the city of Lyon, France. After a year completing an MBA in Singapore, he settled in Brussels and integrated the Global DHL Auto-Mobility team in 2014. As part of this team, Adrien has been occupying several positions looking after marketing, business development, and strategy and is now Chief Of Staff for the DHL Global Auto-Mobility Team. Living in the most congested city in Europe he describes himself as a ‘mobility user” rather than a ‘motorhead ’ and is very much involved in DHL solutions development linked to EV logistics and sustainable transport solutions.

  • Toby Groom is passionate about evolution in the logistics industry, especially relating to developments in the field of EV Logistics. He is a trusted value creator and communicator, who enables and actualizes customer-focused concepts with integrity, in a stakeholder-orientated professional manner.

    Toby has been with DHL for 20+ years, with intimate experience in logistics operations, solution consulting and design, and customer development. He has a background in the Technology, Life Sciences & Auto-Mobility sectors, which provides a rounded perception of the growing EV Logistics market leveraging experience of similar journeys in parallel industries. He is currently leading the EV Logistics Program within DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation and, together with the rest of the team, is responsible for driving strategic development in a market with evolving regulations and customer requirements.

  • Fabio Sacchi‘s current role at DHL mixes global customer management & EV business development and logistics solutions. He has been in the transportation and logistics industry for more than 30 years becoming an expert in freight forwarding, express, and supply chain, supporting innovation and solutions applied specifically to the auto-mobility sector.

    Fabio is married and the father of one son.

  • Eric Laforge, 54 years old, after graduating in Economics from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion in Paris, joined Fiat France in 1990. In 2000 he moved to Turin, the European Headquarters of FCA, holding several roles in the training, commercial, and Market Management areas both sales and after-sales.

    In July 2020, he became the Head of the Fiat Professional Brand and now, within Stellantis, is Head of LCV enlarged Europe for all commercial vehicles of the new group. He is married and the father of 2 daughters.
